Overview
The Epsilon Nu Alumni have united to form an alumni consortium of Brothers who design and deliver impactful skill-building sessions for the active brothers of the Sigma Chi undergraduate chapter at Texas Tech. The workshop returns to the Texas Tech chapter on a regular basis typically two or three times each year o lead immersive workshops and hands-on training. These sessions are thoughtfully structured in three progressive parts, focused on developing lifelong skills and providing active chapter members with a remarkable advantage as they begin he journey of building heir careers, character, and lives with purpose and significance.

What the classroom doesn’t teach you…Through the Transformational Leadership Workshop, our Epsilon Nu undergraduates will be given the formula for how to be successful leaders in their home, career and in their contributions to society. Undergraduates will be taught how to create a dreams, goals and values lists to launch them into their careers with the blueprint for a successful life.
Additionally, undergraduates specific to their major can have one on one access with an Epsilon Nu Alumni who Specialized in their desired field. Upon graduation, having a mentor throughout one’s career can greatly shorten the learning curve and would be of tremendous value to anyone launching a career.
